What is the AutoFormat feature and how is it used in Access 2007? The AutoFormat can be applied to your reports, and its purpose is a quick way of applying a built-in style. These styles can include object and text formats i.e. different colors and text sizes and fonts. Once you apply one of the default AutoFormat styles of your choosing, you can customize it by applying or changing the styles. In other words, if you don't have time to create a nice style for your reports you can use the AutoFormat. Not only that but you could also reverse engineer the applied style and see how you can create your own fancy style. See all this in action by watching our Certified Access Training Videos! |
