What is a Duplicate Query and how do I create one in Access 2007? A Duplicate Query is a query created to find duplicates in a table or query. In other words, to select a field with in a table and compare that field in another table that might contain duplicate data. If it does contain duplicate data then you'll see the results. Perhaps you had two table and two users where entering in clients, and sometimes the users would enter the same data as the other user did in the second table. This is a great wizard to find and identify duplicates; whereby, you can eliminate the duplicate files quickly. Watch our training videos and see how simple this is to do using the Wizard!
