How do I hide columns of data within a Table in Access 2007? It's easy to hide a column within a table so you can focus on other columns of data that are more pertinent to your temporary query, as it were. To hide a column of data, or data field within a Table, go to your Datasheet view and right click on any column header you want to hide and select Hide Columns. The column of data will disappear. Keep in mind that if you hide a column, but don't save your Table, your column won't remain hidden. To unhide a column of data you can right click again, any column of data and uncheck the box of the column you want to unhide, and your column will come back and display normally.
