How do I create a Form instantly in Access 2007? To create a Form instantly first select a Table you'd like to base your Form on in the Navigation pane. Then up on the Ribbon click on the Create tab, go to the Forms group and click the Form button. Instantly, a Form is created. Another form you can create is the Split Form. This Form creates a Form and Table view. Yes, it's a horizontal "split" view of a Table and Form. Another is the Multiple Items Forms, where you view multiple records from a Table in form of a spreadsheet. Another is the Blank Form, that displays in Layout view that lets you add fields to this new view. Again the Layout view is new to Access 2007! See our training videos!
