What are the Options control and how do I create it in Access 2007? The Options are a set of controls you add to a form that allows the user a choice, or selection. For example, you can use Options for type of payment for a user like: Credit Card, Cash, Company Charge etc. Where the user can select one or the other. In other words, they can't select both Credit Card and Cash Options. You can store these options as numbers. For example, any Payment option with 1 will be Credit Card, and it will store that number, the number 1 in your table. Each record will have it's own Payment Option in the example above. You can see this in action for yourself and watch our certified training! |
