There's an Advanced Filter option that gives you more flexibility when it comes to filtering in or out data within your Excel 2007 database. The Advanced Filter is based upon criteria you set and can filter your database either in place, by hiding data the doesn't match your criteria, or displaying the results of the Advanced Filter into another location in you Excel Workbook.
