To find and replace data (text or numbers) in Excel 2007 you can use the Find feature. A shortcut to open up the Find feature is Ctrl+F and then simply type in what you want to find and click Find Next. At a more complex level you can find numbers that have a specific format tied to it like bold or italics. By default the Find feature will search only within the selected worksheet, and so if you want to search all the worksheets that make up the workbook then click the Within arrow to select Book. In addition, to finding your values, you can then replace your values just as quick by clicking on the Replace Tab and typing in your values you wish to replace what you're trying to find...
