The worksheet or Page orientation in Excel 2007 allows you to set your printable worksheet to print out in a more vertical setting i.e. the default "Portrait" setting of 8.5 x 11 inches, or to allow for more spacing width wise you can "flip" the orientation from the default to the "Landscape" setting that shortens the printable area vertically to a allow more to be fitted into it horizontally. To set this up you can click on the Page Layout Tab, go to the Page Setup group and click on the Orientation button and choose Landscape. Other shortcuts to opening up the Page Layout screen include double-clicking on the shaded, blue section of the horizontal ruler. See it in action and watch the training video!
