How do I sort my columns in my Excel 2007 database without the data getting mixed or sorted incorrectly? Your database for the most part will sort correctly if you avoid a few database design flaws including: having different formatting within a column, mixing text and values in the same column, blank rows, border separation, column label formats aren't different format than the rest of the data and more. Once you have built your database correctly then Excel shouldn't have a difficult time figuring out how to keep your data sorted, or grouped together correctly as its sorted. Additionally, there are more guidelines you can find out with our Excel 2007 training videos!
