Your ASP practice management software comes complete with the most current ICD-9 codes including V & E codes however; they are not automatically entered into your office key. Because each practice has a different specialty some offices may only use 20-50 specific diagnosis codes, and want only these available while other practices may want all diagnoses added to their database.
