Formatting text in Word 2007 is as simple as a single Right click, or a slight of hand! Okay, so you just typed in some text and you want to now go back and make it Bold. Simply click and drag to select your text and when you finish you'll see faintly the "Ghost" toolbar, keep moving towards it and it will fully apparate. This ghost toolbar is actually a small formatting toolbar that is available when selecting text and on it is the Bold button, and other options you can format you text with i.e. font, font size, font color and more! Or as I mentioned before you can right click a selection of text to force the Formatting toolbar to appear, or use the Home tab's Font group for your formatting. |
