First of all a section break is not the same as a page break, although one of them does insert both a page and section break. The difference is that the section break is breaking up parts of the document which can be broken up in the middle of a page, where a page break can only be broken page by page. Section breaks are used for changing a section of a document, like margin sizes from being applied to other parts of the document. To insert a section break or a column break in Word 2007 you'll first go to the Page Layout Tab, to the Page Setup group and click the Breaks button to your choice of breaks. Column breaks do that, break up a column and prevent text from rolling over.
