If you don't have a mess of envelopes to address and mail, but say one. Then know that Word 2007 has an option outside of mail merge to print a single envelope. I do it all the time. To begin it's easiest for me to start with a new blank Word document. Click on the Mailings Tab, to the Create group and click the Envelopes button, and your Envelopes and labels window pops up. Here you'll see a size 10 envelope is the default in the Preview section, click on it if you want to change this size. Type in your deliver and return addresses (which can also be inserted from Outlook 2007). Be sure to view the Feed section to know which way you'll be inserting your envelope before you click print.
